A Time To Rise - Counseling & Wellness LLC is offering D.E.E.P. Evaluation and Treatment through both Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programming based upon the level of care that you require. Please have the D.E.E.P. Office send your referral paperwork to our office prior to setting up an appointment.

Utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Inner Child work through a Strengths-Based Approach.

Able to accept Self-pay. Some insurances will cover the cost of treatment sessions but not evaluations. Please be aware of this prior to your initial appointment.

Able to offer both telehealth and in-person sessions based on your preference to ensure the best quality substance use treatment.
